Cancellation and Refund Policy

Last updated: 7 September 2026

Contact

The operator's mandatory identifying and contact details are pending completion. THE MILLION must not activate commercial sales until this section is complete.

Before payment

A customer may leave Stripe Checkout without confirming payment. Unpaid reservations are released through cancellation or expiry and do not create a sale, ownership event or certificate.

Consumer withdrawal

Where consumer law provides a withdrawal period, that right applies unless a lawful exception has been validly established. For immediately supplied digital content or a fully performed digital service, loss of the withdrawal right can require prior express consent, express acknowledgement and confirmation on a durable medium.

THE MILLION will not treat the right as waived merely because payment succeeded. The checkout consent and contractual classification must be approved before Live payments are enabled.

Failed or duplicate payment

No ownership is created for a failed payment. Suspected duplicate charges or technical failures should be reported using the contact address that will be published before launch. Verified duplicate or incorrect charges will be handled under applicable law and the payment provider's procedures.

Non-conforming or unavailable service

If a paid Square is not correctly recorded or its certificate cannot be delivered, the operator will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law, which may include correction, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.

How to request cancellation or a refund

The customer must provide enough information to locate the order without publishing payment details. The final support email, operator identity, withdrawal instructions and model withdrawal form must be added before commercial launch.
