Before launch this page will identify the legal operator, tax identifier, registered or professional address, direct contact email and, where applicable, registry details.

Purpose

THE MILLION is an online service through which a customer may acquire a uniquely numbered digital Square. A completed purchase is recorded in the ownership ledger and produces a publicly verifiable certificate.

Intellectual property

The THE MILLION name, interface and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Buying a Square does not transfer rights over the platform, brand, source code or third-party materials.

Responsibility and availability

Reasonable measures are used to maintain the service and the integrity of its records. Temporary interruptions may occur for security, maintenance or causes outside the operator's reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.

Purchases are additionally governed by the Purchase Terms, Cancellation and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
